TIME & STYLE sessions: Megami - Super-Sonic Jazz Festival

Tijdens Super-Sonic Jazz Festival 2019 vindt er iedere dag een gratis concert plaats in de prachtige, Japanse designwinkel TIME & STYLE aan de Marnixstraat 148 in Amsterdam. Het is niet nodig om je hiervoor aan te melden en je hoeft niet in het bezit te zijn van een festivalticket: de concerten zijn openbaar toegankelijk voor iedereen.

Op woensdag 13 november is de beurt aan Megami*:

*Megami vervangt Yannick Hiwat, die het optreden helaas moest cancelen vanwege persoonlijke redenen.

MEGAMI is the new musical experience created by bandleader Felix Back; backed by his trusted 4-person rhythm section. MEGAMI draws inspiration from the underground sounds of clubculture, juggling styles like House, Trance and Brokenbeat whilst infusing it with improvisation and unpredictability. It all results into a sophisticated but raw blend of wild musicality, integrated electronics and nightly rhythms'.
