Tien jaar geleden maakte Yael Naim een sensationeel debuut in de muziekindustrie met de single 'New Soul'. Op basis van dit buitengewone succes heeft ze geduldig een leven opgebouwd als muzikant en singer-songwriter met haar artistieke partner en producer David Donatien; drie albums met meer dan een miljoen verkochte exemplaren wereldwijd, die alle drie een Victoire de la Musique hebben gewonnen. Ook de samenwerkingen die geïnitieerd werden voor haar laatste album waren van hoog niveau: duetten met Brad Mehldau, een videoclip geregisseerd door Stromae, tekstschrijven voor Françoise Hardy. Haar album 'nightsongs' verscheen eerder dit jaar met intieme en krachtige liedjes die zij 's nachts schreef en componeerde.

How to get to Tolhuistuin

Tolhuistuin (formerly Paradiso Noord) is located at IJpromenade 2 in Amsterdam North. A free ferry is departing from Amsterdam Central Station to Buiksloterweg. Turn left and you’ll walk into Tolhuistuin. For club nights, the rear entrance is used (Buiksloterweg 5C), which can be reached via the Overhoeksplein.

Restaurant
Tolhuistuin also has a restaurant in which you can have a bite before the show. We advise to make a reservation in advance via this website.
