Whiskey Myers maakt een rauwe combinatie van Southern rock en gruizige country. De Texaanse band is opgericht door Cody Cannon en Cody Tate. Deze gitaristen hebben een voorliefde voor rock- en countrybands zoals Lynyrd Skynyrd, Blackberry Smoke, Hank Williams Jr. en Waylon Jennings. Inmiddels bestaat de band uit zeven personen, wat het geluid nóg voller maakt. Dit is zeker terug te horen op het meest recente album 'Mud' uit 2016. De band staat bekend als échte podiumdieren, de afgelopen tien jaar speelde Whiskey Myers al ruim 2.000 shows. Tussendoor weet de band ook nog ruimte te vinden om hun vijfde studioalbum op te nemen, waarvan de release begin 2019 wordt verwacht.

How to get to Tolhuistuin

Tolhuistuin (formerly Paradiso Noord) is located at IJpromenade 2 in Amsterdam North. A free ferry runs from Amsterdam Central Station to Buiksloterweg. From there, turn left and you’ll walk straight into Tolhuistuin. For club nights, the rear entrance (Buiksloterweg 5C) is used. This entrance can be reached via Overhoeksplein

Restaurant
