Na 15 jaar blijft Deense componist en producer Trentemøller zichzelf en zijn alternatieve electronica opnieuw uitvinden. De release van debuutalbum 'The Last Resort' in 2006 markeerde het begin van zijn wereldwijde succes: melancholische hits als 'Miss You', 'Take Me Into Your Skin' en 'Vamp' hebben in de elektronische muziekscene inmiddels een cultstatus verworven. Een stroom aan productiviteit volgde: Trentemøller tourde meerdere keren over de hele wereld - vaak bijgestaan door een live band - bracht 4 studio- en 7 compilatie-albums uit en remixte tientallen tracks.

Binnenkort verschijnt het zesde album ‘Memoria’ op eigen label In My Room. Hierop zijn invloeden van shoegaze, noise, electropop en krautrock terug te horen. Op 3 april komt Trentemøller zijn nieuwe album met vijfkoppige liveband ten gehore brengen in de Grote Zaal.

How to get to Paradiso

Paradiso is on the Weteringschans 6-8 in Amsterdam. That is very close to Leidseplein. From every part of the city there are trams heading towards Leidseplein. From there on out you can walk to Paradiso. Free and secured underground bike parking is available on the opposite side of Paradiso. Travelling by car is difficult, since there are only a few busy parking lots nearby.
