The Milk Carton Kids is een indiefolkduo uit Californië, dat bestaat uit Kenneth Pattengale en Joey Ryan, beide zanger en gitarist. De muziek van de band is te omschrijven als prachtige en gevoelige ‘contemporary folk’, ergens tussen Gillian Welch en Simon & Garfunkel in. Vorig jaar verscheen het vijfde album 'All the Things That I Did and All the Things That I Didn't Do' en daarvoor ontving het duo een Grammy-nominatie. Tijdens deze show spelen Pattengale en Ryan oude en nieuwe liedjes zonder band; intiem en akoestisch.

How to get to Paradiso

Paradiso is on the Weteringschans 6-8 in Amsterdam. That is very close to Leidseplein. From every part of the city there are trams heading towards Leidseplein. From there on out you can walk to Paradiso. Free and secured underground bike parking is available on the opposite side of Paradiso. Travelling by car is difficult, since there are only a few busy parking lots nearby.
