This is the rescheduled program of February 16, 2021. Previously purchased tickets are also valid for the new date. The location has also been changed: the concert was supposed to take place in Paradiso Noord but has been moved to the small hall of Paradiso.
Important: To gain access, please bring the following:
1. Your ticket for this programme.
2. Your personal COVID Certificate in the Dutch CoronaCheck app, a CoronaCheck print or the QR code in your EU country's corona app.
3. An official photo ID.
Without these three items, entry is not granted. Please set up your QR code before traveling to Paradiso to reduce delays at the doors. If you do not have a full vaccination or recovery certificate in your CoronaCheck app or DCC from a EU country, or are visiting from outside of the EU, you need to book a COVID test to within 24 hours of the start of the event through testenvoortoegang.org. Het Anglo-Ugandese Nihiloxica laat horen hoe expressief, hypnotiserend en spannend muziek op basis van percussie kan klinken. Het sextet is een live percussieband, met Ugandese percussionisten, de Britse producer Spooky J en de mysterieuze ‘pq’ op analoge synths. Vanuit het koninkrijk van Buganda (Uganda) gebruikt en eert de band de traditionele en hypnotiserende ritmes en mixt deze met hedendaagse invloeden uit techno en underground dance. Het resultaat is donker, spannend en opzwepend. In juni 2020 verscheen hun debuutalbum 'Kaloli'.

Ticket to the Tropics-pas 2020/2021
Dit programma is toegankelijk met de Ticket to the Tropics-pas 2020 en 2021.Â
Pashouders moeten een vrijkaart bestellen via een speciale ticketlink die ze per e-mail ontvangen, na activatie van de pas. Als je de pas hebt gekocht, krijg je deze binnen 10 werkdagen thuisgestuurd per post. Entree is alleen op vertoon van vrijkaart EN Ticket to the Tropics-pas 2020. Voor sommige programma's is een beperkt aantal vrijkaarten beschikbaar.
How to get to Paradiso
Paradiso is on the Weteringschans 6-8 in Amsterdam. That is very close to Leidseplein. From every part of the city there are trams heading towards Leidseplein. From there on out you can walk to Paradiso. Free and secured underground bike parking is available on the opposite side of Paradiso. Travelling by car is difficult, since there are only a few busy parking lots nearby.Â
