Wat in 1992 begon als springplank naar het Europese vasteland voor Britse bands (Blur, Slowdive, Placebo) is inmiddels in 30 jaar uitgegroeid tot een showcasefestival voor bands van over de hele wereld. Tijdens de laatste edities bood London Calling een podium aan onder meer The Murder Capital, Orville Peck, Car Seat Headrest, Shame, Alex Cameron, Fontaines D.C., Rolling Blackouts Coastal Fever, Superorganism, Japanese Breakfast en Wet Leg.

How to get to Paradiso

Paradiso is on the Weteringschans 6-8 in Amsterdam. That is very close to Leidseplein. From every part of the city there are trams heading towards Leidseplein. From there on out you can walk to Paradiso. Free and secured underground bike parking is available on the opposite side of Paradiso. Travelling by car is difficult, since there are only a few busy parking lots nearby.
