Jazz Butler is al jaren een vernieuwer binnen alternatieve hiphop. Butler is het best bekend als Lil Tracy, maar hij heeft ook bekendheid verworven als Yung Bruh, Souljawitch, Tracy Minajj en anderen. Als voormalig lid van Thraxxhouse en bij GothBoiClique is Tracy bekend geworden om zijn vermogen om trap te versmelten met emo, punk en alternatieve muziek.

Als zoon van Ishmael Butler (Digable Planets, Shabazz Palaces) en Coko Clemons (SWV) werd Tracy al op jonge leeftijd blootgesteld aan hiphop. Hij groeide voornamelijk op in Virginia Beach, maar zijn carrière begon pas echt van de grond te komen toen hij naar LA verhuisde. In die tijd werkte hij uitgebreid samen met wijlen Lil Peep en als duo brachten de twee verschillende hitsingles uit, evenals hun gezamenlijke EP's ‘Castles’ en ‘Castles II’. Met een brede discografie die teruggaat tot 2013 heeft Tracy talloze soloprojecten uitgebracht ‘Sinner’, ‘XOXO’, ‘Designer Talk 2’ en zijn meest recente project ‘Saturn Child’.

How to get to Paradiso

Paradiso is on the Weteringschans 6-8 in Amsterdam. That is very close to Leidseplein. From every part of the city there are trams heading towards Leidseplein. From there on out you can walk to Paradiso. Free and secured underground bike parking is available on the opposite side of Paradiso. Travelling by car is difficult, since there are only a few busy parking lots nearby.
