Het concert van Laura Marling op 17 mei is afgelast vanwege het annuleren van de Europese tour in verband met het coronavirus. Gezien de omvang van het programma van Paradiso dat in maart en april al is afgelast, kan het een aantal weken duren voordat er meer informatie is over de opgeschorte programma’s. Wanneer alle details duidelijk zijn, wordt per programma een e-mail met informatie naar alle ticketkopers verstuurd. Updates over programma’s zullen ook beschikbaar komen op de programma-pagina’s op onze website.

The Laura Marling concert of May 17th is cancelled due to the cancellation of the European tour due to the coronavirus. Due to the extensive amount of events in Paradiso that's been suspended in March and April, it may take a few weeks before there is more information on the consequences. When more details are known, information will be sent by email to all ticket holders.

Artist statement:
I’m sure it comes as no surprise that we won’t be able to go ahead with the UK and Europe shows in May, a relatively small shame in such strange times. I so look forward to a time when we can reschedule the shows and, in the mean time, I’ll be doing bits and pieces on Instagram. Sinds het verschijnen van debuut 'Alas I Cannot Swim' in 2008 is Laura Marling snel een grote naam geworden onder de Britse singer-songwriters. Ze is pas in de twintig maar inmiddels al bezig met haar zevende studioalbum welke later dit jaar uitkomt. Haar kenmerkende poëzie en stem klinken in al haar nummers door, zonder in herhaling te vallen. Na het winnen van een BRIT-award, een Grammy-nominatie en meerdere Mercury Prize awards, heeft Laura Marling de kwaliteit en tijdloosheid van haar werk inmiddels wel bewezen. Na een album onder Laura's  zijproject LUMP, in samenwerking met Mike Lindsay van Tunng, komt er binnenkort meer nieuw materiaal aan en komt ze naar het sfeervolle Zonnehuis Amsterdam voor een intieme solo-show op 17 mei. 

Voor deze show geldt een limiet van maximaal 2 tickets per persoon.
