In zijn woonplaats Nashville, Tennessee staat JP Harris bekend als één van de beste timmermannen van de stad; hij maakt zijn eigen, houten instrumenten en restaureert daarnaast met veel oog voor detail historische huizen. Maar daarnaast staan hij en zijn opvallende lange, donkere baard bekend om zijn muziek; opzwepende honkey tonk met een flinke laag Americana en country eroverheen. J.P. Harris is nog jong, maar klinkt als een doorgewinterde americana pionier.

John R. Miller
John R. Miller begon met het spelen en schrijven van muziek toen hij opgroeide in West-Virginia, in een gebied langs de Potomac-rivier waar de bergen de Interstate 81 ontmoeten. Muzikaal klinkt zijn werk als een kruisbestuiving van folk, country blues en rock-'n-roll.

How to get to Tolhuistuin

Tolhuistuin (formerly Paradiso Noord) is located at IJpromenade 2 in Amsterdam North. A free ferry runs from Amsterdam Central Station to Buiksloterweg. From there, turn left and you’ll walk straight into Tolhuistuin. For club nights, the rear entrance (Buiksloterweg 5C) is used. This entrance can be reached via Overhoeksplein

Restaurant
Tolhuistuin also has a restaurant where you can enjoy a meal before the show. We recommend making a reservation in advance via this website.
