In zijn woonplaats Nashville, Tennessee staat JP Harris bekend als één van de beste timmermannen van de stad; hij maakt zijn eigen, houten instrumenten en restaureert daarnaast met veel oog voor detail historische huizen. Maar daarnaast staan hij en zijn opvallende lange, donkere baard bekend om zijn muziek; opzwepende honkey tonk met een flinke laag Americana en country eroverheen. J.P. Harris is nog jong, maar klinkt als een doorgewinterde Americana pionier.
John R. Miller
John R. Miller begon met het spelen en schrijven van muziek toen hij opgroeide in West-Virginia, in een gebied langs de Potomac-rivier waar de bergen de Interstate 81 ontmoeten. Muzikaal klinkt zijn werk als een kruisbestuiving van folk, country blues en rock-'n-roll.

How to get to Tolhuistuin
Tolhuistuin (formerly Paradiso Noord) is located at IJpromenade 2 in Amsterdam North. A free ferry is departing from Amsterdam Central Station to Buiksloterweg. Turn left and you’ll walk into Tolhuistuin. For club nights, the rear entrance is used (Buiksloterweg 5C), which can be reached via the Overhoeksplein. Restaurant THT serves an extensive menu for any music lover – making a reservation is recommended.
