De fragiele stem van José González is er eentje die je vanuit duizenden herkent. Het langverwachte vierde album van de folkzanger, 'Local Valley', is een welkome herinnering aan zijn ingetogen aantrekkingskracht en zijn vaardigheden. Het is een album waarop je Gonzalez en z'n nylongesnaarde Spaanse gitaren hoort in combinatie met een iPad DM1 drum machine app. Sinds hij in 2003 debuutsingle 'Crosses' de wereld in bracht, is zijn muziek consistent betrouwbaar en bescheiden gebleven en levert daarmee bewijs dat je niet altijd hard hoeft te roepen om gehoord te worden.

How to get to Paradiso
Paradiso is on the Weteringschans 6-8 in Amsterdam. That is very close to Leidseplein. From every part of the city there are trams heading towards Leidseplein. From there on out you can walk to Paradiso. Free and secured underground bike parking is available on the opposite side of Paradiso. Travelling by car is difficult, since there are only a few busy parking lots nearby.
