Het Australische talent Hein Cooper is geen dertien-in-een-dozijn singer-songwriter. De jonge muzikant uit Sydney met Nederlandse roots maakt poëtische popnummers waarin hij zijn rustige gitaarspel mixt met elektronische beats. Zijn debuutalbum 'The Art Of Escape', die hij schreef met de producer van onder andere The National en Arcade Fire, doet met vlagen aan Bon Iver en Radiohead denken. De afgelopen jaren was hij constant op tour en deelde hij het podium met o.a. James Bay en Lukas Graham. Hij is er even tussenuit geweest om nieuwe muziek te schrijven, maar in juni komt hij terug naar Amsterdam met nieuw materiaal.

How to get to Cinetol

Cinetol is on Tolstraat 182 in the South of Amsterdam. The closest tram stop is Lutmastraat. There is also a nice restaurant in the building where you can have dinner before the show.
