De Australische singer-songwriter Kim Churchill keert terug voor een show van zijn onmiskenbare rootssurfmuziek. De eenmansband werd eerder bekroond tot Australia's National Youth Folk Artist en genomineerd voor een National Live Music Awards Roots Act of the Year. De singer-songwriter vindt een balans tussen de warmte van de zuidkust van New South Wales, rock en blues waarbij niet alleen zijn stem, maar ook zijn kundige gitaarwerk elkaar aanvullen. Zijn laatste album 'Dawn Sounds' kwam begin 2023 uit en sindsdien zit hij niet stil. Hij heeft er zijn routine van gemaakt om iedere ochtend om 05.00u op te staan en zijn nieuwste album te creëren.

How to get to Tolhuistuin

Tolhuistuin (formerly Paradiso Noord) is located at IJpromenade 2 in Amsterdam North. A free ferry is departing from Amsterdam Central Station to Buiksloterweg. Turn left and you’ll walk into Tolhuistuin. For club nights, the rear entrance is used (Buiksloterweg 5C), which can be reached via the Overhoeksplein.

Restaurant
Tolhuistuin also has a restaurant in which you can have a bite before the show. We advise to make a reservation in advance via this website.
