Hun aanstekelijke persoonlijkheden gloeien net zo veel als hun zonovergoten calypso-geluid, dat zelfs de meest grijze dagen omtovert tot een feel-good feest. Het Britse Cassia combineert de opgewekte indiepop van bands als Foals en Vampire Weekend met de jazz afrobeats van Fela Kuti en Ebo Taylor en Amerikaanse folkinvloeden zoals Paul Simon tot een uniek, dansbaar en goedgeluimd geluid. Onlangs verscheen single 'Do Right', waarmee ze nogmaals hun indrukwekkende schrijfvaardigheid laat zien.
