Will Toledo uit Seattle is de jonge man achter Car Seat Headrest. Meer doe-het-zelf dan Will vind je ze niet in muziekland. In de afgelopen jaren zette hij liefst elf thuis opgenomen EP's online. Zijn werk werd opgemerkt door het label Matador. Daarop bracht hij zijn debuutalbum 'Teen Of Styles' uit, welke een soort best of is geworden van al zijn EP's. Zijn nummers zijn vaak lang en complex, maar zitten vol aanstekelijke melodieën waar je direct ingezogen wordt. Het album ‘Twin Fantasy’ uit 2011 heeft Toledo nu opnieuw opgenomen en brengt deze dit jaar opnieuw uit. Met zijn zeven koppen tellende band komt de muzikant aantonen dat de zeven jaar oude tracks nog steeds urgent zijn.

How to get to Paradiso

Paradiso is on the Weteringschans 6-8 in Amsterdam. That is very close to Leidseplein. From every part of the city there are trams heading towards Leidseplein. From there on out you can walk to Paradiso. Free and secured underground bike parking is available on the opposite side of Paradiso. Travelling by car is difficult, since there are only a few busy parking lots nearby.
