Body Count is een Amerikaanse heavy metal band, opgericht in 1990 in Los Angeles. De groep wordt geleid door Ice-T, die zich eerst vestigde als rapper, maar samen met leadgitarist Ernie C de groep oprichtte uit hun gezamelijke interesse voor heavy metal-muziek. Het zelfgetitelde debuutalbum uit 1992, inclusief het controversiële 'Cop Killer', vestigde hun reputatie en plaatste hen in het middelpunt van maatschappelijke discussies. Als frontman blijft Ice-T leidend in scherpe sociale kritiek, te horen op albums zoals 'Bloodlust' uit 2017. Body Count blijft een krachtige stem in de wereld van heavy metal, met hun unieke mix van metal en hiphop.

How to get to Paradiso

Paradiso is on the Weteringschans 6-8 in Amsterdam. That is very close to Leidseplein. From every part of the city there are trams heading towards Leidseplein. From there on out you can walk to Paradiso. Free and secured underground bike parking is available on the opposite side of Paradiso. Travelling by car is difficult, since there are only a few busy parking lots nearby.
