Rapper BlocBoy JB uit Memphis werd ineens bekend doordat zijn nummer 'Look Alive' samen met Drake heel erg populair werd en vervolgens hoog in de charts belandde. Drake kwam hem op het spoor nadat BlocBoy JB eerder al diverse goed ontvangen mixtapes had uitgebracht. Ook na de samenwerking bleef hij sterke tracks uitbrengen zoals "Rover" met 21 Savage, bijna altijd in samenwerking met producer Tay Keith. Ook zijn 'Shoot Dance' - van zijn video voor single 'Shoot' - werd massaal opgepikt, zeker nadat deze ook in het immens populaire Fortnite verscheen. Volgens The FADER is hij nu "in the running to become America's next top rapper". Op 12 november staat hij in Paradiso Noord.

How to get to Tolhuistuin

Tolhuistuin (formerly Paradiso Noord) is located at IJpromenade 2 in Amsterdam North. A free ferry is departing from Amsterdam Central Station to Buiksloterweg. Turn left and you’ll walk into Tolhuistuin. For club nights, the rear entrance is used (Buiksloterweg 5C), which can be reached via the Overhoeksplein.

Restaurant
Tolhuistuin also has a restaurant in which you can have a bite before the show. We advise to make a reservation in advance via this website.
