Avalon Emerson & The Charm is het nieuwste project en langverwachte debuutalbum van dj en producer Avalon Emerson. Haar voorliefde voor (avant)pop en artiesten die zich bewegen aan de rand ervan - denk Cocteau Twins, The Magnetic Fields, Arthur Russell - schemerde hier en daar al door in haar avontuurlijke dj-sets, maar treedt nu naar voren op haar meest persoonlijke project tot nu toe. Zo hoor je haar stem voor het eerst volledig op de voorgrond en belooft de artiest dat de plaat ook resoneert met mensen die nog nooit één voet in de club hebben gezet.

Bitterzoet is located close to Amsterdam Central station. From there you can walk to the venue. There are limited and busy parking lots in the area.
