De Amerikaanse experimentele rockband Typhoon bestaat al sinds 2005, maar kreeg in 2013, na het uitkomen van het album 'White Lighter' pas écht voet aan de grond in heel hun thuisland. Ondertussen speelt de acht koppen tellende band uit Portland daar voor grote zalen. Met nummers die zowel muzikaal als tekstueel spannend uit de hoek komen gaat de band nu ook Europa veroveren. Dat doen ze onder meer met het binnenkort te verschijnen nieuwe album ‘Offerings’, met daarop veertien tracks vol spookachtige soundscapes en emotionele verhalen.

How to get to Paradiso

Paradiso is on the Weteringschans 6-8 in Amsterdam. That is very close to Leidseplein. From every part of the city there are trams heading towards Leidseplein. From there on out you can walk to Paradiso. Free and secured underground bike parking is available on the opposite side of Paradiso. Travelling by car is difficult, since there are only a few busy parking lots nearby.
