Zolang de met een prachtige, fragiele stem gezegende Tom McRae blijft worstelen met zijn innerlijke demonen, levert dat de beste muziek op. Dit jaar komt McRae met een nieuw album, bestaande uit duetten met de Welshe zangeres Lowri Evans. De Britse singer-songwriter liet in 2000 voor het eerst van zich horen met een zeer goed ontvangen titelloos debuutalbum. Zijn rake teksten en zwartgallige blik op het leven leverde hem een nominatie voor de Mercury Prize op. Het bleek de opmaat te zijn voor een indrukwekkend oeuvre.

How to get to Zonnehuis
Zonnehuis is on Zonneplein 30a in Amsterdam North. Parking is free on Sunday and on other days after 7pm. The closest ferry to Zonnehuis is the NDSM-werf ferry. From there you can take a cab or bicycle, both getting you to the venue in about 10 minutes.
