Dit viertal uit Philadelphia is een geoliede rockmachine die met veel venijn genres aan elkaar smelt. In 2015 kwam het album ‘A Flourish and a Spoil’ uit op Fat Possum Records (The Black Keys, The Stooges, Dinosaur Jr.). Dat album kon rekenen op een dikke 9.1 van Consequence of Sound: “Each of the album’s 10 songs are fully formed and smartly rendered, but “Young Blood” stands out as the most jaw-dropping. Spanning nearly nine minutes, it’s a track that constantly unfolds on itself, transforms into something else entirely, and repeatedly surprises over its elongated runtime.” Op 11 augustus komt het nieuwe album 'Popular Manipulations' uit. De eerste single 'Ordinary Day' is al te beluisteren.

How to get to Paradiso

Paradiso is on the Weteringschans 6-8 in Amsterdam. That is very close to Leidseplein. From every part of the city there are trams heading towards Leidseplein. From there on out you can walk to Paradiso. Free and secured underground bike parking is available on the opposite side of Paradiso. Travelling by car is difficult, since there are only a few busy parking lots nearby.
