Paradiso presenteert The Breath in Bitterzoet. Adres: Spuistraat 2, Amsterdam.
The Breath is een project van Stuart McCallum, de gevierde gitarist van The Cinematic Orchestra. Samen met zangeres Rioghnach Connolly (Honeyfeet, Afro Celt Sound System), pianist John Ellis en drummer Luke Flowers bracht de band vorig jaar het album 'Carry Your Kin' uit. Daarop hoor je een combinatie van nu-jazz-soundscapes en klassieke soulvolle Ierse folk, aangevuld met strijkers, toetsen en de bijzonder krachtige stem van Connolly.

Bitterzoet is located close to Amsterdam Central station. From there you can walk to the venue. There are limited and busy parking lots in the area.Â
