De wereld leert slowthai voor het eerst kennen in 2016 met zijn single ‘Jiggle’. De Britse rapper maakt vooral veel indruk met zijn liveshows. Vaak eindigt slowthai zijn optredens in zijn boxershort, met door de show heen een aaneenschakeling van mosh-pits, vlijmscherpe raps, een onvervalst Northampton accent en gitzwarte humor. Met een eigen en gevarieerd geluid heeft hij dit jaar zijn debuut 'Nothing Great About Britain' uitgebracht, vol kritiek en satire en waarop hij zijn ongezouten mening over de Brexit verkondigt.

How to get to Tolhuistuin

Tolhuistuin (formerly Paradiso Noord) is located at IJpromenade 2 in Amsterdam North. A free ferry runs from Amsterdam Central Station to Buiksloterweg. From there, turn left and you’ll walk straight into Tolhuistuin. For club nights, the rear entrance (Buiksloterweg 5C) is used. This entrance can be reached via Overhoeksplein

Restaurant
Tolhuistuin also has a restaurant where you can enjoy a meal before the show. We recommend making a reservation in advance via this website.
