Wie zegt dat soul, rock, funk, R&B, pop en reggae-invloeden niet te combineren zijn tot één vloeiend geheel komt bedrogen uit bij SIX60. De Nieuw-Zeelandse band staat bekend om hun vrolijke geluid waarbij het moeilijk is om niet mee te deinen en mee te gaan in hun energie. In hun thuisland is de band een graag geziene gast op festivals en ook hun eigen concerten kopen in raptempo uit. Alsof hun mix van genres nog niet bijzonder genoeg is, wordt er ook gezongen in Maori en worden traditionele instrumenten als de pūtātara, pūkāe, bone kōauau en karanga weka gebruikt.

How to get to Tolhuistuin

Tolhuistuin (formerly Paradiso Noord) is located at IJpromenade 2 in Amsterdam North. A free ferry is departing from Amsterdam Central Station to Buiksloterweg. Turn left and you’ll walk into Tolhuistuin. For club nights, the rear entrance is used (Buiksloterweg 5C), which can be reached via the Overhoeksplein.

Restaurant
Tolhuistuin also has a restaurant in which you can have a bite before the show. We advise to make a reservation in advance via this website.
