Rogê is een Braziliaanse singer-songwriter, geboren en getogen in Rio de Janeiro. Zijn muziek is doordrenkt van de rijke culturele invloeden van zijn geboorteland, met een mix van samba, bossa nova en reggae. Met zijn warme stem en meeslepende melodieën creëert hij een unieke stijl die zowel traditioneel als eigentijds is. Zijn teksten, die vooral over de kleurrijke cultuur en het sociale landschap van Brazilië gaan, verbinden mensen van over de hele wereld. In 2023 bracht hij zijn negende album uit, ‘Curyman’, dat tijdens dit concert centraal zal staan.

How to get to Tolhuistuin
Tolhuistuin (formerly Paradiso Noord) is located at IJpromenade 2 in Amsterdam North. A free ferry is departing from Amsterdam Central Station to Buiksloterweg. Turn left and you’ll walk into Tolhuistuin. For club nights, the rear entrance is used (Buiksloterweg 5C), which can be reached via the Overhoeksplein.
Restaurant
Tolhuistuin also has a restaurant in which you can have a bite before the show. We advise to make a reservation in advance via this website.
