“Piepend en Krakend” is a recurring benefit evening organised by young squatters and artists from Amsterdam. It is primarily a party with a revolutionary edge. In each edition of Piepend en Krakend, we donate the profits to a cause close to our hearts. In the past, we donated to Squatters Legal Defense Fund, and Amsterdam City rights. In this edition all proceeds will go to Workers for Palestine.

This evening of live music, art and dancing takes over the whole of Paradiso and our Squatters Spectacle goes on till late.

Presale tickets come in three delicious flavours, so that everyone can join this feast of sound.

Skint: €8, less than two special beers from draft.
Reasonable: €12, (one euro per act!)less than back and forth from Amsterdam CS to Utrecht CS. 1 euro per act.
Generous: €25, cheaper then the 2 hour show in de kleine zaal of the concertgebouw, today. This event is without a “real”diner.

Tickets at the door are a little different, but just as tasty:

20:30 - 21:30 €8 Costs the same as a single to Utrecht
21:30 - 00:00 €12
00:00 - 04:00 If it’s not sold out, €8 again

How to get to Paradiso

Paradiso is on the Weteringschans 6-8 in Amsterdam. That is very close to Leidseplein. From every part of the city there are trams heading towards Leidseplein. From there on out you can walk to Paradiso. Free and secured underground bike parking is available on the opposite side of Paradiso. Travelling by car is difficult, since there are only a few busy parking lots nearby.
