Due to the corona measures, this event has been rescheduled to Thursday July 7th, 2022. Tickets purchased remain valid for the new date. Ticket buyers received an email with more information on February 11th, 2022.

Artist statement:
THE 22/22 TOUR IS HAPPENING!!! Trust us when we say we have tried our very best to see as many of you wonderful people as we can in 2022. Touring has been so up and down for every artist, and we are so grateful for your patience and support. We are thrilled to say that our UK and US shows remain ready to roll, and it's all kicking off at the start of April!

It is however, with great sadness and frustration that we have to reschedule some European dates, along with a few cancellations due to Covid. We have tried everything humanly possible, but this is the only way we can safely and successfully go on tour. Tickets will be automatically exchanged for the new dates, and refunds issued for cancelled shows - we promise to try our best to come back 💔

These nights are gonna be filled with so much energy and joy, as we have been waiting 2 YEARS for them to happen. We literally well up with tears when we think about being on stage in front of you guys again. All our love, Anthony and Josephine

In 2014 beraamden de klassiek geschoolde multi-instrumentalisten Anthony en Josephine het ambitieuze plan om maandelijks een nummer te schrijven en via SoundCloud te lanceren. Dat was zo succesvol dat het in september 2015 resulteerde in het uitbrengen van een debuutalbum onder de bandnaam Oh Wonder. Daarmee was de weg naar boven ingezet, want het Londense duo - dat perfect tussen London Grammar en The xx in past – heeft tot op de dag van vandaag honderden miljoenen streams op de verschillende streamingplatformen gehaald. Het logische gevolg was dat de concertzalen over de hele wereld allemaal in rap tempo uitverkochten. Met hun tweede album 'Ultralife' verkocht de band in 2017 zelfs twee keer de grote zaal van Paradiso uit.

Oh Wonder zou eigenlijk in 2020 terugkomen naar Paradiso met derde plaat 'No One Else Can Wear Your Crown' op zak. Wegens corona kon dat feest niet doorgaan. Ondertussen zat de band niet stil en komt het nieuwe album '22 Break' ook uit voordat het duo terugkomt naar Amsterdam. Dat zal betekenen dat er nóg meer nieuwe muziek te horen zal zijn in onze grote zaal.

How to get to Paradiso

Paradiso is on the Weteringschans 6-8 in Amsterdam. That is very close to Leidseplein. From every part of the city there are trams heading towards Leidseplein. From there on out you can walk to Paradiso. Free and secured underground bike parking is available on the opposite side of Paradiso. Travelling by car is difficult, since there are only a few busy parking lots nearby.
