Myles Smith groeide op in Luton, Groot-Brittannië, en onderscheidde zich al snel van zijn leeftijdsgenoten door een akoestische gitaar op te pakken en covers te zingen van een aantal van zijn favoriete folk- en americana-artiesten. Nu schrijft hij zijn eigen nummers en haalt hij inspiratie uit artiesten als George Ezra en Lewis Capaldi, maar onderscheidt hij zich van anderen door zijn soulvolle klanken. In 2023 is hij begonnen met muziek uitbrengen en heeft op TikTok nu al 700k volgers. Begin februari stond hij in Cinetol en deze show was binnen één dag uitverkocht tot grote teleurstelling van fans die geen tickets hebben kunnen bemachtigen. Goed nieuws, op 6 juni komt hij namelijk terug naar Amsterdam en speelt hij in Tolhuistuin.

How to get to Tolhuistuin

Tolhuistuin (formerly Paradiso Noord) is located at IJpromenade 2 in Amsterdam North. A free ferry is departing from Amsterdam Central Station to Buiksloterweg. Turn left and you’ll walk into Tolhuistuin. For club nights, the rear entrance is used (Buiksloterweg 5C), which can be reached via the Overhoeksplein.

Restaurant
Tolhuistuin also has a restaurant in which you can have a bite before the show. We advise to make a reservation in advance via this website.
