Kubilay Kaya werkte jarenlang als hiphop-producer achter de schermen, maar maakt nu zijn eigen muziek. Daarin combineert hij indiepop met hiphop en poëtische teksten. Zijn eerste album ‘Wanneer je er langer naar luistert wordt het best mooi’ kwam in 2018 uit. Een gelaagd conceptalbum met zeven nummers over zeven vrouwen. Hetzelfde ontwrichtende ontzag voor liefde en vriendschap zet hij voort op 'Slecht Alleen', dat begin 2022 uitkomt. Op dit album componeert Kubilay zijn repliek met elementen uit hiphop, jazz, chansons en 80’s synths. Het resultaat is een eigenwijs avontuur over de rafelige paden van de liefde.

How to get to Paradiso
Paradiso is on the Weteringschans 6-8 in Amsterdam. That is very close to Leidseplein. From every part of the city there are trams heading towards Leidseplein. From there on out you can walk to Paradiso. Free and secured underground bike parking is available on the opposite side of Paradiso. Travelling by car is difficult, since there are only a few busy parking lots nearby.Â
