Jim Jones en zijn kompanen van The Righteous Mind zijn absoluut niet vies van een potje psychedelische rock ’n roll. De carrière van zanger en gitarist Jim Jones bevat een aardig aantal formaties, waaronder The Jim Jones Revue, Black Moses en Thee Hypnotics. De laatste incarnatie is die met The Righteous Mind, waarmee hij op 8 maart het album ‘CollectiV’ uit zal brengen. Gierende gitaren, duistere zang en vurige gospel en blues vormen de formule voor deze Engelse rockband. Feitje: ‘CollectiV’ is opgenomen met de gitaar van Keith Richards in Jim Jones’ handen. Alsof de band al niet rock ’n roll genoeg was.Â

How to get to Paradiso
Paradiso is on the Weteringschans 6-8 in Amsterdam. That is very close to Leidseplein. From every part of the city there are trams heading towards Leidseplein. From there on out you can walk to Paradiso. Free and secured underground bike parking is available on the opposite side of Paradiso. Travelling by car is difficult, since there are only a few busy parking lots nearby.Â
