Hooverphonic staat al jaren aan de top van de Belgische muziekscene. De groep is niet alleen een gekoesterd muzikaal instituut, maar ook een ware hitmachine. De triphop- en ambient-popnummers van de band slaan wereldwijd aan, niet in de laatste plaats dankzij hun kenmerkende eclectische geluid. Hiermee scoorde Hooverphonic vele hits, zoals de tijdloze klassiekers 'Mad About You' en '2 Wicky'. De basis van de band wordt gevormd door bassist Alex Callier en gitarist Raymond Geerts. Met de pas achttienjarige zangeres Luka Cruysberghs, winnaar van The Voice van Vlaanderen, haalt Hooverphonic opnieuw vocaal dynamiet in huis. Op het nieuwe album 'Looking for Stars' is de band voor het eerst in deze nieuwe samenstelling te horen.

How to get to Paradiso
Paradiso is on the Weteringschans 6-8 in Amsterdam. That is very close to Leidseplein. From every part of the city there are trams heading towards Leidseplein. From there on out you can walk to Paradiso. Free and secured underground bike parking is available on the opposite side of Paradiso. Travelling by car is difficult, since there are only a few busy parking lots nearby.Â
