Eigenlijk behoeft Guus Meeuwis, Nederlands' meest bekende Brabander en ereburger van Tilburg, geen introductie. Hij zit inmiddels zesentwintig jaar in het vak, staat met maar liefst acht nummers in NPO Radio 2's Top 2000, gaf shows in Londen en New York en gaf als klap op de vuurpijl meer dan vijftig uitverkochte stadionconcerten, een prestatie die nooit eerder door een Nederlandse artiest is neergezet. In coronatijd dook Guus Meeuwis de studio in om een aantal bestaande liedjes in het klein opnieuw op te nemen. Dat laatste heeft geleid tot ‘In De Basis’: naast de release van deze muziek in het najaar gaat Guus weer het land in met een clubtour, waarmee hij op zondag 14 november te zien in is Paradiso.

In De Basis Clubtour
Tijdens zijn ‘In De Basis Clubtour’ speelt Guus de liedjes, waaronder zijn grootste hits, dan in de meest pure vorm, met een hele kleine bandbezetting. Uiteraard wordt het een feest der herkenning, feest dat hij samen met het publiek gaat maken. Het wordt een clubtour, zoals Guus die nog nooit gegeven heeft.

How to get to Paradiso

Paradiso is on the Weteringschans 6-8 in Amsterdam. That is very close to Leidseplein. From every part of the city there are trams heading towards Leidseplein. From there on out you can walk to Paradiso. Free and secured underground bike parking is available on the opposite side of Paradiso. Travelling by car is difficult, since there are only a few busy parking lots nearby.
