De mysterieuze band Glass Beams uit Melbourne haalt inspiratie uit hun Indiase en Zuid-Aziatische roots. Hun debuut 'Mirage' (2021), dat werd opgenomen in een thuisstudio, maakte indruk met een mix van Indiase klassiek en disco uit de jaren '70, gezien door de lens van DIY-electro. Ze vonden erkenning bij experts als Gilles Peterson en werden in 2022 door NME 100 uitgeroepen tot essentiële opkomende artiest. Met hun raadselachtige allure en meeslepende liveshows gooiden ze hoge ogen bij festivals als London Calling, Primavera Sound en Best Kept Secret, waarbij het publiek gehypnotiseerd achterbleef.

How to get to Tolhuistuin

Tolhuistuin (formerly Paradiso Noord) is located at IJpromenade 2 in Amsterdam North. A free ferry runs from Amsterdam Central Station to Buiksloterweg. From there, turn left and you’ll walk straight into Tolhuistuin. For club nights, the rear entrance (Buiksloterweg 5C) is used. This entrance can be reached via Overhoeksplein

Restaurant
