Gabriel Rios, geboren te San Juan, Puerto Rico, verhuisde op 17-jarige leeftijd naar België om schilderkunst te studeren aan de Luca School of Arts in Gent. Zijn passie voor creativiteit bleek echter breder dan het canvas. Met muzikale partners als Jo Bogaert, Jef Neve, Kobe Proesmans en Ruben Samama heeft hij diverse eclectische albums uitgebracht, van 'Ghostboy' tot 'This Marauder's Midnight' en het recente 'Flore', waarop hij oude Latin-klassiekers heruitvindt. Zijn aankomende album belicht de Spaanse taal, met nummers die diepgeworteld zijn in zijn eigen artistieke ziel. Een evoluerende artiest die zijn publiek blijft betoveren met zijn unieke geluid.

How to get to Zonnehuis

Zonnehuis is on Zonneplein 30a in Amsterdam North. Parking is free on Sunday and on other days after 7pm. The closest ferry to Zonnehuis is the NDSM-werf ferry. From there you can take a cab or bicycle, both getting you to the venue in about 10 minutes.
