The Folk Road Show is een internationaal collectief, bestaande uit 5 songwriters uit Australië, Canada en Nederland, die elkaar afwisselen op gitaar, banjo, mandoline, trombone en drums. Elk van de leden draagt bij aan de songwriting en neemt leadzang voor zijn rekening. Live brengen Dominique Fricot (CAN), Benjamin James Caldwell (AUS), Olaf Caarls (NL), Pieter van Vliet (NL) en Nick Petrowich (CAN) een mix van folk, Americana en indie-pop. Met z’n vijven zorgen ze voor een gevarieerde liveshow, intiem en uitbundig, van fluister-harmonieën tot indie-rock compleet met trombone-solo’s.

How to get to Paradiso

Paradiso is on the Weteringschans 6-8 in Amsterdam. That is very close to Leidseplein. From every part of the city there are trams heading towards Leidseplein. From there on out you can walk to Paradiso. Free and secured underground bike parking is available on the opposite side of Paradiso. Travelling by car is difficult, since there are only a few busy parking lots nearby.
