De in Nashville wonende Drew Holcomb staat bekend om zijn verhalende stemgeluid en liefde voor Amerikaanse volksmuziek. Van Americana, folk tot roots en Bob Dylan, Carole King en James Taylor; voor Holcomb zijn ze allemaal een onuitputtelijke inspiratiebron. In zijn muziek wil hij deze liefde dan ook graag overbrengen, terwijl hij ook wil zorgen voor plezier en verbondenheid. Een boodschap die ook te horen is op laatste album 'Strangers No More'. De singer-songwriter is niet alleen als soloartiest actief, want hij is ook onderdeel van Drew Holcomb & the Neighbors, waarin voorheen ook zijn vrouw Ellie Holcomb zat. In het verleden deelde Holcomb het podium met namen als Willie Nelson, de Zac Brown Band en The Avett Brothers.

How to get to Paradiso

Paradiso is on the Weteringschans 6-8 in Amsterdam. That is very close to Leidseplein. From every part of the city there are trams heading towards Leidseplein. From there on out you can walk to Paradiso. Free and secured underground bike parking is available on the opposite side of Paradiso. Travelling by car is difficult, since there are only a few busy parking lots nearby.
