Cut Chemist werd bekend toen hij zich aansloot bij de rap group Unity Committee. Deze groep vormde later samen met een andere groep genaamd Rebels of Rhythm, het bekende Jurassic 5. In 2004 bracht Cut Chemist The Litmus Test uit, waar zijn aller eerste solo tracks, remixes en Jurassic 5 tracks op stonden.

Dat zelfde jaar verliet hij Jurassic 5 om zijn solo album af te maken. Deze verscheen 2 jaar later. Het album, The Audience's Listening werd al snel door Vice benoemd als een van de beste dance albums ooit. Zijn tweede album Die Cut is dit jaar begin maart uitgebracht met bijdrages van z'n onder andere oude collega Chali 2na, Biz Markie, Mr. Lif en Myka 9.

How to get to Tolhuistuin

Tolhuistuin (formerly Paradiso Noord) is located at IJpromenade 2 in Amsterdam North. A free ferry runs from Amsterdam Central Station to Buiksloterweg. From there, turn left and you’ll walk straight into Tolhuistuin. For club nights, the rear entrance (Buiksloterweg 5C) is used. This entrance can be reached via Overhoeksplein

Restaurant
