De Nigeriaanse Chukwuka Ekweani is niet vies van sonische experimenten. Onder alias CKay fuseert hij de uitbundige sound van afrobeats met vleugjes emo, pop, en psychedelische ambiances om zo zijn eigen muzikale territorium af te bakenen. In 2019 debuteerde CKay in de muziekindustrie met 'The First EP', met als hoogtepunt internethit 'Love Nwantiti'. Vorig jaar bracht hij nog EP 'Boyfriend' uit, maar desoniettemin ligt CKay's allereerste studioalbum momenteel al op de plank.

How to get to Tolhuistuin

Tolhuistuin (formerly Paradiso Noord) is located at IJpromenade 2 in Amsterdam North. A free ferry runs from Amsterdam Central Station to Buiksloterweg. From there, turn left and you’ll walk straight into Tolhuistuin. For club nights, the rear entrance (Buiksloterweg 5C) is used. This entrance can be reached via Overhoeksplein

Restaurant
Tolhuistuin also has a restaurant where you can enjoy a meal before the show. We recommend making a reservation in advance via this website.
