In Paradiso - Upstairs Room

Het Britse vijftal van de band bdrmm (uit te spreken als 'bedroom') bracht in 2020 hun debuutalbum 'Bedroom' uit die doet denken aan de shoegaze uit de jaren '90 en lo-fi noise bands. 'Bedroom' is een album waar de groep vier jaar aan werkte. Zo schreef frontman Ryan Smith destijds zijn eerste demo voordat hij een shift van twaalf uur draaide in zijn plaatselijke pub. Daarna ging het snel en duurde het niet lang voordat het vijftal tekende bij Sonic Cathedral, een label dat bekend staat als een muziekparadijs voor noise. Met hun laatste single 'Port' slaan ze een meer donkere, industriële weg in.

How to get to Paradiso

Paradiso is on the Weteringschans 6-8 in Amsterdam. That is very close to Leidseplein. From every part of the city there are trams heading towards Leidseplein. From there on out you can walk to Paradiso. Free and secured underground bike parking is available on the opposite side of Paradiso. Travelling by car is difficult, since there are only a few busy parking lots nearby.
