Op zondag 5 januari 2020 presenteert Barbaros Bozkir, een Turkse muzikant die etnische / filmische muziek maakt, zijn nieuwe album: 'Last Man in the Dream World'. Geïnspireerd door een uitspraak van Peter Gabriel: “At the heart, it is world music that I do. It's all connections. Ultimately, we're all connected”, componeert Barbaros zijn thematische muziek met etnische melodieën waar de analoge geluiden onmisbaar zijn in de muziek. In zijn nieuwe album heeft Barbaros zijn simplistische stijl gepaard met zijn etnische / filmische muziek op een bijzondere wijze weten neer te zetten. Tijdens het album release concert wordt het nieuwe album voor het eerst gepresenteerd en uitgevoerd. Elk nummer is gebaseerd op een ander verhaal waarin Barbaros Bozkir zich als volgt uitdrukt: 'Ik heb een verhaal, waarin de verhalen worden omgezet in muziek'.

How to get to Paradiso
Paradiso is on the Weteringschans 6-8 in Amsterdam. That is very close to Leidseplein. From every part of the city there are trams heading towards Leidseplein. From there on out you can walk to Paradiso. Free and secured underground bike parking is available on the opposite side of Paradiso. Travelling by car is difficult, since there are only a few busy parking lots nearby.
