You're Your Own Guru

Kaley Chaibva & Zahira Mous, as 'spiritual gurus' with their alter egos - Shanti and Shakti - take the audience on a comical journey of new age spirituality. During this journey, the audience is presented with all kinds of personal development tools. There will be saging, meditation and ecstatic dancing. Shanti and Shakti invite the audience to move with them in a free dance extravaganza. Under the experiential guidance of Shanti and Shakti, the audience is encouraged to release their inhibitions and dance freely to the cosmic sounds. With a dose of humour and a fresh perspective, we look at personal development and spirituality.

You're your own guru is a concept created by experience experts Kaley and Zahira. In fact, they both went through a burnout. During their process of solely focussing on healing, absorbing more tools, more meditations, reading self-help books and going to retreats, they realised something very important which led to a "aha" moment: 'Wait a minute. Go live. Go enjoy yourself.'
