The Features is een Amerikaanse indierockband uit Tennessee. Ze bestaan al sinds 1994 en braken in 2009 echt door. Toen werden ze opgemerkt door Bug Music, het label van Kings Of Leon die het album ‘Some Kind of Salvation’ opnieuw uitbracht en de band een flinke dosis publiciteit gaf. De muziek van The Features is een gedreven en ambitieuze mengelmoes van pop, punk, psychedelica, new wave, folk en rock. Maar dan wel die van The Shins, The Jam, Elvis Costello, The Strokes, XTC en ook een beetje Kings Of Leon.
