Het gaat hard met The Amazons uit Engeland. In 2017 wist het jonge rockkwartet een doorbraak te ontketenen met slechts drie singles en een hele hoop energie. Een goed ontvangen debuut vol groots klinkende indierock en aanstekelijke zangmelodieën volgde in datzelfde jaar. Voor de tweede plaat ‘Future Dust’ ging de band op zoek naar een hardere sound met blues als belangrijke inspiratiebron. Zo ontstonden onverminderd catchy liedjes, maar dan met een rauwe, explosieve lading. De single ‘Mother’ is een perfect voorproefje van het album, dat op 24 mei uitkomt.
