LADADI no.2 x Movement

This LADADI we will be partnering with RFJ, (Romy's Fitness Journey a.k.a. Romy Fransina Jalink). RFJ is a workout session that involves training to dance music. Female empowerment is usually the focus of the RFJ Ladies Gym. During LADIDA No. 2 on Feb. 28, everyone is welcome for a festive program centered on movement. Dancing releases substances in your brain that make you happy and reduce stress. All over the world we dance for many different reasons, it is part of our survival mechanism. Moving to music provides much needed relaxation and healing. Yes, it can be awkward dancing in a concert hall with people you don't know, but the joy and connection lies outside that comfort zone. 

Accompanied by Romy herself, a DJ and MC Lexi D, visitors can participate in a work-out that's beyond their experience. While enjoying the riddims played by Lexi D. RFJ will bring more connection to body, soul and friendship. All three aspects of the RFJ workout.

Lexi D is an up and coming DJ who is also her own MC. She lives and breathes music and knows exactly how to get people hyped with her infectious energy. From Soca to Afrobeats, get ready for the vibes.

This program is in Dutch, but non-Dutch speakers are welcome to join. 
Dresscode: please come as you are, but keep in mind it gets hot inside.
Don't forget to bring a towell.
