Kid Congo and the Pink Monkey Birds

Kid Congo Powers is het pseudoniem van Brian Tristan, die onder andere gitarist was bij The Gun Club, The Cramps en The Bad Seeds. Het meest legendarisch album waaraan Kid Congo meewerkte, is het Gun Club-meesterwerk 'The Las Vegas Story'. De mysterieuze junglesound van dit album is nog steeds het geluid van Kid Congo en zijn huidige band The Pink Monkey Birds.
