Jeffrey Foucault is een jonge man met een oude ziel. Zijn muziek is modern en tijdloos tegelijk. De singer-songwriter uit Wisconsin is als een kroniekschrijver van small town America, heeft een stem alsof hij de liefdesbaby van Chris Whitley en Kelly Joe Phelps is, en gelouterd door het leven gaat. Laverend tussen blues en country. Hij groeide op met platen van John Prine en Townes Van Zandt, bracht in 2001 zijn debuutalbum ‘Miles from the Lightning’ uit en sindsdien maakt hij platen terwijl hij de wereld over toert. Half oktober komt zijn nieuwe album 'Salt As Wolves' uit.
