JAEL

JAEL, whose full name is Giovanni Jaël Jano, is a versatile Moluccan-Dutch artist. In addition to his work as a DJ, he is a producer, singer, and live musician. Recently, Mixmag recognized him as one of the Defining DJs of the Year. His performances feature an energetic blend of genres, incorporating singing and live instrumentals. As a long-standing member of the LA-based music collective Soulection, JAEL engages with a global community of artists, musicians, and fans.

He has toured extensively across the US, South Africa, Asia, Australia, and New Zealand. JAEL has performed multiple times at Paradiso, including two live shows in 2021 for his debut album, Half as Much, a set at Super-Sonic Jazz in 2022, and a performance at Parachute during ADE. In April, he hosted his own event, JAEL & Friends, at Paradiso. Now, he returns for a more intimate performance at Parallel, inviting his friends Lady Shaka and Jerrau for another exhilarating takeover.
