Grayson Capps is een singer-songwriter uit Alabama die al vijf studioalbums op de teller heeft staan. Zijn rauwe, rock 'n roll en country wordt bij vlagen getemperd door mooie gospelharmonieën en soulinvloeden. De Amerikaanse muziekwebsite American Songwriter beschreef Grayson op zeer treffende wijze: "Take the poetry of Texas troubadour Townes Van Zandt, combine with Steve Earle's edgy attitude and stir with a little cup of the bayou-blues (think Howlin' Wolf) and you start to get a taste of Capps' scrumptious gothic gumbo."
Speciaal voor de gelegenheid neemt Grayson Capps de gitarist Corky Hughes mee naar Paradiso.
