Unlike other award shows that focus on established names and big industry players, AWOL is doing things differently with the Community Awards by shining a spotlight on unseen and upcoming talent. Whether you’re just starting out, building your name, or simply haven’t received the recognition you deserve, this gala is for those who are pushing boundaries, trying new things, and making a real impact in the creative world.

Following the sold-out success of the first edition, the Community Awards are back in January 2025 for round two.

Over the past weeks, people have voted for their favorite nominees, and the evening will begin with the moment we've all been waiting for: the awards ceremony. We'll announce the winners and celebrate the exceptional talent that makes our community shine.

But the fun doesn’t stop there; after the ceremony, the night transforms into a celebration with performances, connecting opportunities, merch, photobooths and a party that keeps the energy alive until 2 AM.

And all of this while sticking to the dress code Red Carpet Chique, letting you shine all night! Whether you’re coming to cheer on the nominees, make new connections, or simply enjoy the energy of the night, this is one event you don’t want to miss.
